When you reach out, here's what happens:
Initial Response
You'll receive acknowledgment of your inquiry within 24 hours, typically much sooner.
Needs Assessment
If appropriate, we'll schedule a brief call or exchange to understand your specific requirements and recommend the best approach.
Proposal
For customized work, we'll provide a clear proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment.
Engagement
Once we've aligned on approach, we'll begin work with clear milestones and regular communication.
Visiting Our Office
We welcome in-person consultations at our Toronto office. Given the nature of our work, we operate by appointment only. Please email us at least 48 hours in advance to schedule a meeting.
Our office is located in downtown Toronto, easily accessible by TTC (Bay Station on Line 2) and with nearby parking available at several public lots.

We regularly contribute expertise to media covering Canadian political history and contemporary leadership challenges. For interview requests, speaking engagements, or expert commentary, please use the same contact email with "Media Inquiry" in the subject line.
